Zanskar's Pedigree

The "Z-Man," also called the "Rat-Cat" (very affectionately) comes
to us from Heather Lorimer, a longtime breeder of siamese and orientals,
and a genetics professor at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH.
Z-Man's registered name is Zanskar, from a valley in the Indian Himalayas
between two branches of the Zanskar river (he came to us already named).
His brother, Ladakh, is named for a neighboring region.
Their father, Jammu, is named for the city and region of Jammu, also in India.

Z-Man has a typical oriental personality, energetic and friendly.
We have shown him throughout the 2006-2007 show season, and he is a wonderful
performer in the show ring, showing himself off brilliantly.
